The performance of electronic equipment greatly depends on its operating temperature. 4ID specializes in thermal design of electronic equipment, so that electronic components remain at low operating temperatures. 4ID has vast knowledge, experience and a variety of thermal analysis tools for thermal packaging and electronic equipment design, be it card racks for Lucent or designing micro electronic systems for the Israel Defense Forces. Although we are armed with the best analysis tools money can buy, ranging from heavy CFD programs, hugh data bases and mainstream COSMOS machines, we rely mostly on our biggest asset: us.Dr. Moshe Tshuva leads the thermal design team.
